Living in a world where you have to “see it to believe it,” media is being used in ways no one ever imagined. We are able to see and hear reports of events around the world in a matter of seconds from when they happen thanks to the development of social networking websites like facebook, twitter, youtube and the progress of the internet in general. I believe we can and NEED to use these tools to benefit work around the world that at times does not or cannot get the exposure it needs to suceed, that is the vision behind Joshua one:six. God promised Joshua that he would lead the Israelites in to the promised land, and I believe He has promised us to give us the land we step on. We can’t all go but we can all help!
WHO IS BEHIND JOSHUA ONE:SIX?
My name is Alex Quinonez, I am a Graphic/Web Designer and Video Producer. Most recently I was Graphic Arts Director at a large church is SW Florida. Joshua One:Six became a dream of mine in 2006, while helping a friend who is a missionary create media to be used in fundraising. We are currently building a team of people from missionaries on the field to church employees and people working in secular fields, to take the vision and heart behind Joshua One:Six to the next level.
